General contractor is a certain construction company, which concluded a contract with a customer for the provision of construction and repair work, undertakes to perform within the period specified in the contract, all the necessary work. The general contractor may, if so required, to involve third parties (called subcontractors), coordinates their work and is responsible to the customer for the timing and quality of the performed construction or repair.
